do I do in case I receive a defective/damaged item from nbcindia.com?
If
something is wrong with an order that is being fulfilled by nbcindia.com,
we certainly want to help you. If an item ordered by you on nbcindia.com
is delivered to you in a damaged/defective condition, please email
us at info@nbcindia.com for a replacement or a refund. If you need
Refund for the Order placed with us, you can send Defective Item back
to us. We will fully refund you once we receive the defective item
from you. We will also refund you the postage cost involves with it.
No Question Asked Return Policy

we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. Within 7 days of
receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item in its

Shipping
You can have orders delivered around the world. It usually takes
4 to 15 business days to delivered consignments, depending on the geographical
location and conditions.
Shipping Restrictions
Manufacturing issues and Publisher restrictions
prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations.
Books from few publishers can only be sold and shipped to SAARC countries
i.e. India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Maldives and
Afghanistan.
You'll be notified while placing your order if we're unable to ship specific
items to the address you've selected. You are requested to check shipping
